Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your PIP DASH account and everything associated with it. There are two ways.

Option 1 — In the game (instant)

1. Open PIP DASH.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to About and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your data is erased immediately and you’re returned to a fresh guest profile.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the game, email info@keyskapesolutions.com with the subject “PIP DASH account deletion request”. Include the email address on your account, or your in-game username, so we can identify it. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Permanently and immediately:

• Your player profile — level stars, best scores, coins, gems, lives, revive tokens, owned skins, unlocked worlds, and settings.
• Your leaderboard entry.
• Your username reservation (the name returns to the pool).
• Your sign-in credentials and account record, including your email address if you linked one.

What is kept, and for how long

• A deletion record containing only your former account identifier. We keep this indefinitely for one narrow technical reason: it blocks a device that is still offline or holding an expiring session from silently re-creating the deleted profile. It contains no personal information — no email, no name, no progress.
• Anonymised analytics and crash data already collected, which is not linked to your email or name, under Google’s standard retention periods.
• Purchase records held by Google Play, which we do not control. Google retains transaction records for its own legal and tax obligations — see the Google Privacy Policy.
