Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PIP DASH (“the game”), published by KeySkape Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the game.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play PIP DASH for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the game, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Your account
You may play anonymously or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don’t impersonate others, and don’t choose a username that is offensive, misleading, or infringes someone’s rights — we may reclaim or reset such usernames.
3. Purchases and virtual items
The game sells optional in-app purchases (gems, bundles, world unlocks, ad removal) processed by Google Play.
- Virtual items are a licence, not property. Coins, gems, skins, lives, and revives have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. We can’t process payments or refunds directly. Contact us and we will help where we can, but the final decision is Google’s.
- Prices may change, and we may add, alter, or retire items over time. We may also tune game balance and the economy.
- If your account is deleted or terminated, unspent virtual items are forfeited without refund.
4. Advertising
The free game is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Purchasing Remove Ads disables between-level ads; rewarded ads remain available because you choose to watch them for a benefit.
5. Fair play
Don’t cheat. Specifically, don’t modify the game, use emulators or tools to fake scores or currency, exploit bugs for advantage, tamper with network traffic, or attempt to obtain paid items without paying. We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that do.
6. Leaderboards
If you set a username, your username and total score are visible to other players. We may remove entries that are fraudulent or use inappropriate names.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the game running but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Cloud sync depends on your connection; you can play offline, and progress syncs when you reconnect.
8. Termination
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — for serious or repeated violations, or where required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which KeySkape Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
