PIP DASH · KeySkape Solutions LLC
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PIP DASH (“the game”, package
com.keyskapesolutions.pipdash) collects, why, and what control you have.
The game is published by KeySkape Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”).
1. Playing without an account
You can play without signing up. On first launch the game creates an anonymous account with a random identifier so your progress can be saved and synced. This identifier is not linked to your name or email, and we do not ask for personal details to play.
2. What we collect
Account information
- Anonymous user ID — a random identifier created automatically. Always present.
- Email address — only if you choose to create an account or sign in with email/password or Google Sign-In. We use it to identify your account and let you recover it; we do not send marketing email.
- Username (display name) — only if you choose one. See “Public information” below.
Game progress
Stored on your device and, when online, mirrored to our servers so you can restore it: level stars and best scores, coins, gems, lives, revive tokens, owned and equipped skins, unlocked worlds, ad-removal entitlement, and your sound/haptics preferences.
Public information
If you choose a username, your username and total score are published to the in-game leaderboard, where other signed-in players can see them. They travel with the random identifier your account uses internally — that identifier is not your name or your email, and nothing else about you can be looked up with it.
Nothing else is shared. Your email, level history, coin and gem balances, purchases, owned items and settings are readable only by you. If you never choose a username, you are not listed on the leaderboard at all.
Usage and diagnostics
- Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics) — gameplay events such as starting, completing or failing a level, using a revive, watching a rewarded ad, equipping a skin, unlocking a world, making a purchase, and signing in. These carry game context (world, level, score, stars), not the content of your messages or contacts. Firebase also collects standard app-instance data such as device model, OS version, and coarse (country-level) region.
- Crash reports (Google Crashlytics) — if the game crashes, we receive the error, the app version, and device state, so we can fix it.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob: rewarded ads you opt into (for a revive, bonus coins, or a lives refill) and occasional full-screen ads between levels. AdMob may access your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. Ads are handled by Google, not by us — see how Google uses data from apps that use its services. Buying Remove Ads stops the between-level ads.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before it loads any ad, using Google’s consent message. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the game. If you decline, no ads are requested at all.
Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or payment details. We receive only which product you bought, so we can unlock it.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, precise location, or microphone input.
- We do not send you marketing email.
4. Who processes your data
We use Google services as processors: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase
Analytics, Crashlytics, Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing. Data is stored on Google Cloud
infrastructure (our database region is us-east1, United States). Their handling is
governed by the Google Privacy
Policy. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Your profile is kept while your account exists. Delete your account and we remove it — see below. Analytics and crash data are retained under Google’s standard retention periods and are not tied to your email.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the game — Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, leaderboard entry, username reservation, and sign-in credentials.
- By email — write to info@keyskapesolutions.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; purchases and progress are not recoverable afterwards. Full details: Data deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Most of this is available directly in-game; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. You will never be charged or degraded for exercising a privacy right.
You can limit ad personalisation at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads), or reset your Advertising ID there.
8. Children
PIP DASH is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the game before they take effect.
